How do we do it?
We take our 60 years of experience in manufactoring tofu and enhance it with our working partner "Mameko" the Japanese tofu maker for the last century, together we have a very broad knowledge, which enables us to make all sort of different tofu to suit every one and every perfect dish.

Taiwanese traditional breakfast baverage, made from rosted peanut and quailty gluten rice

Semi-firm tofu deep fried until golden and crisp, strongly recommanded for stir fry
